How do I charge a patient’s credit card?

If a patient has previously completed a payment request, their credit card information is securely stored and available to be charged in NexHealth.

You can charge a patient’s credit card by clicking on the patient’s name anywhere in NexHealth and opening their patient card. Select the “Action” drop down and click “Charge card.”
