Create booking links for specific locations, individual or multiple providers, or appointment types

Customize your online booking link to reflect different location(s), provider(s), or appointment types.

By default, your online booking link is set to be an Institution-wide link, encompassing all of the Locations, Providers, and Appointment Types in your account. You can customize this, however, and create specific online booking links your location(s), or provider(s), or appointment type(s) you select, including by specialty or even geographic locations. This is especially useful if your website has pages devoted to a specific Appointment Type, or Provider.

To set up specific booking links: 

  1. Navigate to the gear icon and choose Settings.
  2. Choose the widgets tab from the left side menu.
  3. Use the tabs across the top to switch between Locations, Providers, and Appointment Types.
  4. Select the Location(s), or Provider(s), or Appointment Type(s) you would like to create a booking link for from the drop down. 
  5. Copy the widget to post anywhere. For posting instructions, click here.
