How do I view a patient’s insurance coverage in NexHealth?

Today’s schedule

The patients scheduled for the day will appear on your NexHealth Home page. The Insurance column highlights the patients’ verification status.

Hover over the Insurance status icon to quickly review the status. For more information, click the patient’s name to open their profile.

Patient profile

The patient profile includes an expandable drawer where you can see the status of the patient’s insurance as well as access their eligibility PDF.
