How do I request a payment from a single patient?

Payments are easy to manage using NexHealth, and even easier for patients to pay.

Send a payment request to an individual patient by clicking the “Request payment” button in the upper right of the Payments page. Search the patient’s name and input relevant information about their balance.

Completed payments will be batched and deposited to your bank account, typically every 3-5 days.
