NexHealth Support

NexHealth has a robust list of over 1,200 supported payers for insurance verification. If you do not find a payer that many of your patients use, you can request that we add support for them.

Check the supported payer list to make sure the payer is not present. Search with all variations of the payer name, as well as the payer ID you use.

If you do not locate the payer, you can request that we add support for payers not on the list by filling out the linked form.

We will take all requests under consideration, although we can not promise a timeline or that we will be able add them.
