NexHealth Support

When NexHealth representatives interact with our customers, it is imperative for account security that we verify we are speaking with an approved representative of your office. To facilitate this process, we have implemented Support IDs in the platform. A support ID is a temporary 6-digit code that can be easily shared with the NexHealth team. Simply give the Support agent your name, your Support ID, and your practice zip code, and we will be ready to assist!

To locate your Support ID:

1. Login to your NexHealth account.
2. Navigate to your avatar in the top right of NexHealth.

2. Click on the eye to reveal the 6 digit code.

3. Share the code with the NexHealth Support representative to confirm that you are an authorized user for your office.
