NexHealth Smart Send batches waitlist requests into groups of 10 patients at a time

For larger selections of patients, Smart Send will send out your Waitlist request in batches of 10 patients every 5 minutes, prioritizing patients who have not recently received a Waitlist request. This ensures patients are not quickly frustrated by "never" being able to claim a Waitlist spot, while still keeping your schedule full.

This means you can reach out to patients more often without spamming or frustrating them.
