How do I adjust the forms default due date?

To ensure patients are completing their forms in a timely manner, NexHealth forms include a due date on every request. This article shows how to change the default for requests.

1. Go to Forms

2. Click on Settings

3. Choose the number of days you would like to set as the default for all forms (unless they have an upcoming appointment

  • *Please note that if you would NOT like to use the upcoming appointment date as the default due date, you can turn off the bottom setting. This will ensure that all forms are due based on the middle setting that can be seen above.
