Patients’ eligibility PDFs will vary based on the information their insurance provider makes available for electronic verifications.

Some payers will make more benefits information available, even down to the level of the procedure code. Other payers may only make the basics available, like the patient’s progress toward their deductible and their copay amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot predict what information the payer will return.
