Quickly view all patient activity and information from the patient quick view

The Patient Quick View puts the patient’s full history, including appointments and messages, in one place. Quick view can be accessed by clicking the patients’ name on the Home Page or from the Patients tab.

What you can see:

View the patient’s contact and demographic information, get a quick review of their upcoming appointments and form progress, and see their history with NexHealth. 

Actions available on the patient quick view page:

  1. Send form requests
  2. Send payment requests 
  3. Edit patient information 
  4. Manage the patient's payment methods & charge their card on file
  5. Manage the patient’s communication preferences and opt them out or into texts and emails for specific communications
  6. View verification status and manually verify insurance
  7. View the history of all NexHealth actions (forms received, messages sent, etc.)
  8. View and send text messages
  9. View past and upcoming appointments

To send a form or payment request:

  1. Click Actions in the upper-right of the Patient Quick View. 
  2. Select Request forms or Collect payment.

To send a text message:

  1. Switch to the Messages tab and compose and send directly from there.
