NexHealth forms can be propagated to share the same form with multiple locations within an organization.

1. Navigate to Forms, then select Manage Forms.

2. Click Copy to locations in the right corner.

3. Select the packets and/or forms you would like to copy by clicking in the check-boxes. Then click Continue.

4. Select the location(s) that you would like to copy the forms/packets to by clicking in the check-boxes. Then click Continue again.

5. Click Yes copy to locations

*Note: Be aware that propagating will overwrite any forms that already exist in that location with the same name. You can prevent this by appending the names of the original forms with the location name, ex: Dental Insurance-->Dental Insurance - Location name. This is not a required step, but it can avoid any issues overwriting forms you may prefer to preserve.
