How does automated insurance verification work?

  1. When a patient is created, their Insurance will automatically be set to Pending.
  2. Every night, the Synchronizer will sync the patient’s insurance information from your health record system and automatically verify insurance for appointments scheduled in the next 7 days.
  3. The patient’s eligibility PDF will sync back to the document center and the patient’s insurance status will be automatically updated in NexHealth.
