Re-use existing Campaign templates

Follow the steps below to reuse one of our preloaded campaigns

  1. Navigate to Campaigns.
  2. Select the desired campaign. This could be one you have sent before, or one of the templated ones. Typically, these are found in the Sent (ones you've sent) or Favorites (NexHealth templates) tabs.

3. Click Make a copy.

4. Give the Campaign a title, select the desired Location(s), then click Continue.

5. Use the Audience Builder filters to create the list of recipients, saving after each filter. Filters are AND statements, so they stack as you add them (each further narrowing the list of recipients).

6. Click Continue to verify the patient list, removing any you do not want to receive the Campaign.

7. Click Continue to go to the Campaign editor and edit your email and or SMS message. Use the Generate with AI feature to help write the body of your message by adding just a few details!

8. Click Send to send your Campaign, or Schedule to choose a time to send it later.
