Customize template sending hours

By default, NexHealth sends text messages between 6AM and 10PM. But you can customize this window to better suit your practice.

To change the times patients will receive automated messages like appointment Reminders or Reviews:

1. Navigate to the gear icon, and select Settings.

2. Select Template configurations.

3. Click in the boxes to edit your sending hours.

4. Click Save.

Automated templates will send during the selected hours. *Note: If you have Reminders configured to send shortly before an appointment (for example, two hours before), Reminders will only send within the designated time period. (e.g. if your sending hours are 6 AM to 10 PM, and you have a sequence designed to send two hours prior to the appointment, the first appointment time that would receive the reminder is 8 AM. Earlier appointments will not receive the two hour reminder.)
