How do I manually verify a patient’s insurance?
You can manually run a verification anytime.
1. Open the patient’s profile.
2. Expand the Insurance Eligibility drawer.

3. Select Verify eligibility on-demand.
4. Enter the patient’s insurance information. You will need:
- Insurance provider name (selected via a dropdown)
- Member ID
- Group number
- Patient first and last name
- Patient date of birth
- Provider or Organization Name
- Provider or Organization NPI
5. Click Verify. You will get results back in a few seconds.
- If necessary, you can navigate away and come back to the page.
