How do I filter campaigns?

1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab. Then click the New Campaign button.

2. Choose locations to determine the patient list you're selecting from.

3. After clicking next, you will be presented with filters to select the patients more specifically.

  • Specific Patients within those locations (this will expand additional filters to choose from),
  • or upload a CSV list of specific patients.

4. If you choose Select Patients, additional filters expand.

  • Past Appointments, used to filter within appointments scheduled to occur in the past. Includes selections for date range (dates and times), the appointment type (this function requires Templates by Appointment Type and Appointment Type mapping to function), the status (checked in, canceled, etc.), and which provider was scheduled.
  • Upcoming Appointments, used to filter within appointments scheduled at any point in the future--including later that day. Includes selections for date range (dates and times), the appointment type (this function requires Templates by Appointment Type and Appointment Type mapping to function), the status (checked in, canceled, etc.), and which provider was scheduled.
  • Continuing Care, used to to filter within patients due for care. Includes selections for the range of due dates (including those who are overdue or expecting to be due soon), the procedures codes for their continuing care, and the option to exclude patients who have already scheduled.

5. You may also choose to upload a CSV file of your preferred patients. If uploading a CSV file, please make sure it’s uploaded in exactly the recommended format. You can find the recommended format by clicking the “sample CSV” button.

6. Once you’ve selected the desired filters, or uploaded a CSV file, click next. You’ll be presented the option to remove individual patients by clicking the trash bin icon next to their name. Once you’ve given your list a final review, click save recipients

7. You’re now able edit the content of your campaigns!
