How do I use the Patient Activity Feed?


The Patient Activity Feed curates important patient updates and makes it simple to follow up. You can see when a new appointment is requested, a Waitlist request is filled, or your patient responds to a Review request, submits a payment, or completes any forms.


The feed refreshes automatically and new notifications are highlighted with a red badge. You can also Filter notifications by type, so if you want to see just reviews or payments received, that is easy to do.
