How do I set up Smart Commands?

  1. Your Smart Commands are located on the right side of the message editor in both Templates and Campaigns.
  1. To explore your Smart Command options, hover over any of the Smart Commands to see an explanation of what will be included when that command is deployed.
  1. To add a Smart Command, place the cursor in the text where you would like the command to be placed--then, click the appropriate command from the options.

4. To view a sample of how the Smart Commands will look to your patients, make sure to Load Preview before you send.
