How do I setup the recall template?

How do I setup the recall template?


1. Navigate to NexHealth Home

2. Click "Templates."


3. Click "Recalls."

4. To customize by appointment type, click "+ Add Recalls Sequence."

5. Toggle the appointment types on.

6. Click "SAVE."

7. Click to edit.

8. Adjust the messaging to your liking.

9. You can even add 1-Click booking from the Appointment Slots smart commands.

10. Load the preview to see the the template from the patient perspective.

11. Click here.

12. To activate, toggle the template on.

13. Click "YES, ACTIVATE IT!"
