Sidebar
Primary navigation through NexHealth is done from the left side of your screen, similar to how you might navigate your email inbox.
Switching locations
If your user profile has access to multiple locations, you can switch using the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner.
Accessing additional settings
Additional settings, including your practice analytics, are found under the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
Managing your account including notification settings
You can manage your own account, including changing which platform notifications you receive by clicking on the avatar in the top right corner and selecting Account settings.
View today's schedule
The NexHealth Home page shows all patients who are scheduled to come in today. View each appointment type, duration, status, the patient's name and birthdate, as well as contact information, details of the appointment such as provider and operatory, Insurance Verification and form completion. To filter the today view, you can use the All/Unconfirmed/Confirmed toggles found at the upper-left, or the Filter By drop down on the upper-right.
To manually send a reminder, review request, or missed/canceled message, select the ellipses to the right of the patient’s name.
Fill availability with the Waitlist
The Today view also includes a card displaying your current availability, based on Availability in your online booking setup and schedule for today.
Click Fill open slots to go to the Waitlist and send automatic booking links to patients. Learn more about the Waitlist here.
See practice analytics at-a-glance
Your practice insights appear at the top of the page, helping you keep track of the number of hours saved with NexHealth automation including digital forms and online scheduling.
View NexHealth activity
Notifications of all NexHealth activities are available in the Activity tab.
View Patient profiles
Selecting Patients takes you to your patient list, although you can search for a patient from any NexHealth screen by clicking cmd + k or by typing their name in the search bar in the top right.
Lock icon
A lock icon indicates a feature which you are not yet taking advantage of. If you're curious, click Request access and a Nexer will get in touch with you!
