NexHealth Forms, new and easier to use
New, easier to use Forms Dashboard
See your open forms requests at a glance and easily sort by status and due date.
Save time with batch reminders
Easily filter to find incomplete Forms and send batch reminders to all patients with outstanding form requests.
Medical History Pre-Fills
Save time for patients by automatically populating forms with any available medical history from your health record system.
NexHealth Scheduling - improvements to save you time
Create booking links for any group of providers
Previously, customers could create booking links featuring all active providers in a location, or a single provider only. Now, manage patient demand by curate booking links based on speciality or geographic area.
Remove accepted appointment slots from batch Waitlist requests
When a patient calls the office to accept a Waitlist request, you can now remove that individual appointment slot from any batch Waitlist request, keeping the remaining requests active.
Drag and drop to customize your Online Booking Form
Grab the bar to the left of any custom item on the Online Booking Form to reorder them!

Emojis are now available in Messaging
You can now add emojis to your texts in Messages, a great way to convey empathy to your patients, improve patient engagement, and help staff to say more with less.

New For Customers on Dentrix and eClinicalWorks
NexHealth now supports checked-out status in Dentrix and eClinicalWorks. Now, you can follow your normal appointment check-out workflow in your health record system - no need to manually change the status of the appointment in order to send NexHealth Review requests.
