We've made a host of improvements to our payments offering including:
Ledger sync for more health record systems
NexHealth now integrates seamlessly with Eaglesoft and Dentrix Enterprise's ledger in addition to Open Dental and Dentrix. Pull a list of patient balances, send out payment requests, then watch payments appear in your health record system.

Terminals + ledger sync
Our terminals now integrate with Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft and Dentrix Enterprise. Catch overdue balances during check out, collect payments in office on our terminals, then watch completed payments appear in your health record system.

Pass processing fees to patients
Tired of paying 2-3% for credit card processing? NexHealth now allows you to pass credit card fee to your patients, while giving them the option to pay with debit for a discounted rate. Enable this feature in settings today.
Collect card information in forms
Need to grab credit card information for a deposit? You can now do this from NexHealth forms. Add our payment method component to any of your forms today!
Translate all your patient facing pages
Managing your healthcare can be daunting, even more so for patients with English as a second language. You can now translate all of your patient-facing content into the 10 most common languages spoken in the United States. This will be rolling out over the next few weeks so stay tuned!
Save time with messaging improvements
We know how important reaching patients on their own terms is, so we've made it easy to text phone numbers that aren't in your health record system. We've also made it clearer when multiple patients share the same phone number (like parents with children).
Stand out with refreshed patient experiences
We’ve redesigned the patient facing forms and online booking screens to make sure every NexHealth touchpoint is a great representation of your brand. This means that every NexHealth patient experience now has the same high quality and consistent design with your office's brand at the top.
iOS app updates
We've made a host of improvements to our iPad and iPhone applications. Highlights include sending messages from our iPad app and allowing NexHealth staff members to sign forms filled out on iPad.
NexHealth for more health record systems
We’re continually expanding NexHealth’s Synchronizer to support more health record systems and features. We’ve added scheduling, forms, and communications support for NextGen, forms support for Orthotrac, and preferred language for Denticon.
