NexHealth Forms is bidirectionally integrated with practice management systems, meaning any information a patient enters via NexHealth Forms is auto-updated in your practice management system, saving your office teams hours each day of data entry.

With NexHealth Forms, practices have a dashboard that lets you see which forms are completed. If a patient needs a gentle nudge to complete a form, send a message with 1-Click directly from the dashboard.
