You can choose how to interact with your patients using NexHealth’s patient texting platform. We offer both a customized experience that allows texts to come directly from you, and an option for NexHealth to send texts on your behalf. When NexHealth send texts on your behalf, we use professional templates for common office interactions. For example, we will text medical forms, reminders, payment links, and more to your patients. With this option, all you have to do is supplement the templates with your patients’ details. Further customization is not required or permitted. Additionally, you will be required to verify that your practice enrollment forms and user flows collect consent from your patients to receive messages directly from NexHealth. We will work with you to provide information about our data practices to your patients.
