Saved responses are used as a shortcut for patient messages. You can create a custom library to answer FAQs, maintain your brand, and reduce typos–freeing up time spent writing the same messages over and over.
To create a Saved Response

- Navigate to Setup
- Select Messages
- Press the + Create message to create a new saved response.

- In a message, select the Saved Response icon. This icon looks like a lightning bolt.
- Choose the response from your library.
- (Optional) You can edit the response to better fit the patient conversation, or send immediately.
