NexHealth Support

NexHealth uses two templates for your Waitlist requests:

• NexHealth ASAP Appointment, which is sent when you send requests to your ASAP and manually selected patients
• Waitlist Continuing Care, which is sent to patients from your continuing care list

To edit the language in the default templates:

1. Navigate to Templates from the NexHealth home page.

2. Select the Waitlist Template you’d like to change (Waitlist ASAP or Waitlist Continuing Care.

3. Hover over the top right of the message you would like to change and click the pencil icon to edit.

4. Edit the text in the editor as desired. Be sure to leave the INSERTCONFIRMWAITLIST smart command intact–this is what allows patients to book an appointment from the waitlist request.

5. Click Save, then repeat for any other message you would like to edit.
