  1. We provide analytics in the following areas:
  • Appointments (Booked in office / online and status)
  • Reminders (Reminders Sent / Reminders Confirmed)
  • Patients (New / Active / Inactive)
  • Patient Satisfaction (Total Reviews / Avg Review Score)
  • Recall Messages (Emails / SMS)
  • Cancellation Follow ups (Emails / SMS)
  • No Show Follow-ups (Email / SMS)

1. To access your analytics, navigate to gear icon --> Analytics in the upper-right.

2. You can Create a data export which includes data tables from different areas of the platform, or you can choose any of the tabs across the top to view data specific to that feature.

3. Adjust the date range and then click on the CSV download button to view the selected data.
