For selections of over 100 patients, Smart Send will send out your Waitlist request in batches of 10 patients every 5 minutes, prioritizing patients who have not recently received a Waitlist request. This ensures patients are quickly frustrated by "never" being able to claim a Waitlist spot, which still keeping your schedule full.

This means you can reach out to patients more often without spamming or frustrating them.
